About Ron

Elected in December 2008, Ron Toyota is serving his 3rd term as Mayor of Creston, BC. Born and raised in the Creston Valley, Ron has been avidly involved in numerous community organizations. In addition to his role as Mayor, he is the appointed Director on the RDCK Board representing the Town of Creston, trustee on the MFA-BC (Municipal Finance Authority), and the Cemetery Advisory Committee. Ron is married to Judy Toyota. Together they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
